borojeet Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the organisation operating the borojeet platform ("Company") and the person using the platform ("User"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the platform, the User gives their full acceptance of these Terms.

borojeet is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms are written in Bengali and that version is the governing document. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

Alongside these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines are both an integral part of this agreement. Reading all of these documents together will give a complete picture of the User's rights and responsibilities.

2.1 Eligibility to Register

To open an account on borojeet, a user must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid and active mobile number.
• Information provided must be true, complete and up to date.
• There must be no legal barrier to using the platform under applicable law.
• A person may create only one account.

2.2 Information Provided at Registration

During the registration process, the user is required to provide relevant details including their name, mobile number, preferred username and password. Providing incorrect or false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in the account being suspended or closed.

2.3 One Account Policy

Only one active account is permitted per person, per household or per device. If borojeet determines that a person is operating more than one account, the Company has the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances and bonuses held in them.

borojeet strictly follows a policy of preventing anyone under the age of 21 from registering or participating. The Company may at any time request a copy of a government-issued ID or other document to verify a user's age and identity.

The Company reserves the right to place withdrawal requests on hold until the identity verification process is complete. For more details about this process, please see our FAQ section.

4.1 User Responsibilities

The user is responsible for keeping their account login details (username and password) confidential. The user is personally responsible for all activity that takes place on their account. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Suspicious Activity

If the user notices any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on their account, they must notify the borojeet support team immediately via 24/7 live chat. The Company will not be liable for any loss resulting from a delay in reporting.

4.3 Password Policy

Users are advised to change their password regularly. OTP verification details must not be shared with any third party. borojeet will never ask a user for their password.

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

borojeet currently accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Once a deposit is successful, it is generally credited to the account instantly.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds are generally sent within 10 to 45 minutes.

5.3 Transaction Verification

borojeet reserves the right to place any transaction on hold for additional verification. Withdrawal processing may be paused if fraud or manipulation is suspected, or if identity verification has not been completed.

5.4 Applicable Conditions

Deposited funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirements attached to a bonus have been met. Withdrawal conditions related to bonuses are discussed in detail in Section 6.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.2 Other Promotions

Weekly borojeet Reload, borojeet Cricket Festival Bonus, borojeet Birthday Gift, Refer a Friend borojeet Reward and Weekend borojeet Slot Blast — each bonus has its own terms, which are published in the promotions section. Please read the relevant terms before claiming any offer.

6.3 General Terms for Bonus Use

• A promotion may not be claimed more than once unless its terms state otherwise.
• Winnings from a bonus may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, borojeet may forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or via members of the same household is prohibited.
• borojeet reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion.

7.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn or changed, unless the platform has a specific cashout or edit feature and the applicable time window for using that feature has not yet passed.

7.2 Incorrect Odds and Technical Errors

Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds will be considered void. For transactions completed during a technical error or system outage, the Company reserves the right to make a decision and may declare such bets void if necessary.

7.3 Event Cancellation or Suspension

If a sporting event is cancelled or abandoned before its scheduled conclusion, bets on that event are generally voided and stakes are returned. However, event-specific rules may apply.

7.4 Casino Game Provisions

The RTP (Return to Player) for live casino, slots and other games is determined by the game provider. Game outcomes are determined through a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG).

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Conducting fraud, deception or any unlawful activity.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using software bots, scripts or automated methods to play or place bets.
• Abusing bonuses or attempting to circumvent bonus terms.
• Attempting to access platform systems, hacking or carrying out cyber attacks.
• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Allowing minors to use an account or playing on their behalf.
• Operating multiple accounts or claiming bonuses on behalf of others.

9.1 Company Rights

borojeet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without stating a reason. However, the balance of an account closed due to a breach of these Terms may be forfeited.

9.2 Closure at User Request

A user may request account closure at any time. The account will be permanently closed only after any pending withdrawals have been processed.

9.3 Voluntary Break

As part of responsible gaming, a user who wishes to temporarily suspend their account can use the self-exclusion feature through the support team.

borojeet follows a separate Privacy Policy regarding the collection, storage and use of users' personal data. By accepting these Terms, the user also agrees to that Privacy Policy.

borojeet uses SSL encryption to keep all transactions and personal data secure. Users' data is not sold to third parties. However, information may need to be provided to authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so.

11.1 Service Availability

borojeet works to maintain an uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical errors or external factors. The Company is not liable for any loss resulting from such disruptions.

11.2 Game Outcomes

Game outcomes are entirely dependent on random technology. No guarantee of a specific outcome can be given, and past results do not guarantee future results.

11.3 Third-Party Services

If a user suffers a loss due to an issue with a game provider, payment processor or other third-party service, liability rests with that third party. borojeet is not directly liable, but will endeavour to assist in finding a resolution.

12.1 Right to Make Changes

borojeet reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform before any changes take effect. If a user continues to use the platform after changes are made, they are considered to have accepted the updated terms.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to these Terms will first be addressed through direct discussion. The borojeet support team provides assistance in both Bengali and English via live chat and email, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

12.3 If Part of These Terms Becomes Invalid

If any part of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective. The invalidity of one part does not void the entire document.
